A Strategy for the Future of Graland
Kicking off the year in August 2017, the Board of Trustees unveiled the 2017-22 Strategic Plan, a document that moves us forward to a new level of excellence focused on five foundational areas: program, faculty, community, resources and governance.
Throughout the year, school leaders used this plan as a roadmap, developing a work plan that included defined goals, strategies and initiatives. Each of these achievements moves us toward the completion of the strategic plan so that when 2022 arrives, we have realized its vision. While many initiatives are ongoing or in process, and some have been highlighted elsewhere in this report, here are a few highlights from the 2017-18 school year.
